I have been calling and emailing my house plans. As of 4 weeks into calling and following up I still have not received an answer, just that I need to leave a message for the owner. My comment and recommendation to this locally owned store is save your time and energy and deal with a company who is there for the community and wants to help others and not just leave you hanging! Very disappointed in my dealings with this company.
The installers were top notch. Very nice and got to work right away and got the job done right and fast. The windows are awesome and a big upgrade
Everyone very professional and we are all very pleased with our new windows. The only mistake I made was not checking behind the installers to make sure they cleaned up everything. I found broke glass in the rooms and outside and nails and plastic in the yard

The people that represent this company are very professional and personable. Last year Jimmy came out to my home and gave a demonstration on the windows. We needed 11 windows. The price was very reasonable for the quality. When the installers arrived they were very friendly and went straight to work. By the end of the day the job was complete and the debris was cleaned up. Awesome job Window World of Dothan. Got 20 windows put in. Bang up job guys. Install were very professional. Wrap on the windows nice looking. A bit of a mess to clean up from the trim that was left in the room but worth the new windows. ThnkThanks a bunch.
