We inherited our house, and it came with original windows so old there were no screens -- and several were broken (see image). It was drafty, cold, and occasionally a little spooky in here. Window World replaced 37 windows (35 standard, 2 bay) and 1 door. We got quotes from 3 companies, but our Sales rep Travis gave us the best quote, by far. From the initial meeting with Matt, their sales rep, to the final product installation by the father/son install team, everything was great. This company made it easy to have things installed on my time. Sales presentation of the window quality was very helpful. After this past winter season the new windows lived up to the hype. Had a wonderful experience! Replaced our shutters which are beautiful. Had previously replaced our windows. Always a great experience. Travis , installers, Vicki have been great to work with and very thorough, pleasant and detailed. Very happy. Now to get the front doors done!!
From the very start everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with any and all questions I had. They all made the process very easy from scheduling a quote all the way through the installation. The installation team was extremely efficient, and respectful. They did an amazing job and made sure to clean up any mess that was made from the removal/install.
We've lived in a few different homes and in each, we've engaged with Window World to make some really valuable improvements other owners had not done. This time, we had the entire house done for an incredibly competitive price JUST IN TIME for colder weather. No more plastic on the windows.
