We inherited our house, and it came with original windows so old there were no screens -- and several were broken (see image). It was drafty, cold, and occasionally a little spooky in here. Window World replaced 37 windows (35 standard, 2 bay) and 1 door. We got quotes from 3 companies, but our Sales rep Travis gave us the best quote, by far. Had a wonderful experience! Replaced our shutters which are beautiful. Had previously replaced our windows. Always a great experience. Travis , installers, Vicki have been great to work with and very thorough, pleasant and detailed. Very happy. Now to get the front doors done!!
From the very start everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with any and all questions I had. They all made the process very easy from scheduling a quote all the way through the installation. The installation team was extremely efficient, and respectful. They did an amazing job and made sure to clean up any mess that was made from the removal/install.
I’m not typically a person to leave a review but I was compelled to share my overall experience. From the initial meeting with Matt, their sales rep, to the final product installation by the father/son install team, everything was great. We needed a new front door and had looked at Lowe’s doing the replacement and install but after people letting us know not to go with them we checked into Window World and we made the best decision having them replace and install our door. Very professional and everything was done thoroughly and we now have a beautiful front door. Our door is also so much better sealed and secure. Definitely recommend these guys.
