t seems a little silly to me that I can schedule someone from Champion to come out to my house as soon as tomorrow to measure my windows and take the time to sell me some windows, but have been jacked around for the last several weeks trying to get a minor warranty issue resolved. Long hold times to finally get the explanation that "Due to the COVID Crisis, There is nobody that can help you in the Boise office." How do you justify that?
Today we had your salesman our for an estimate on a sunroom addition. In sales class 101 you are thought never to insult what the customer purchased or tell the customer how great you are and never miss a sale. Both my wife and I are very happy with our 450k home with 75k upgrades we have made in three years. We were looking forward to adding a sun room however this addition will not be by your company. We will not deal with a business that believes themselves to be God like and insults perspective clients.
It took Champion Windows almost 7 months to finish the installation of a simple vinyl siding project. We were finally told that our project fell through the cracks and they forgot about us. They still aren't finished because the miter joints on the windows are horrendous. They waited until the house was about halfway completed before they told us we couldn't get downspouts to match the color of the house.
