We ordered windows in October and are being told our windows are there but yet no one can tell us when they when new installed. If our windows are there then we should be able to be scheduled for an installation. We have had our half paid down tied up for months and nothing to show for it. Windows we wanted for winter we have had no benefit from.
We ordered windows with them 4 months ago (Aug 10 to be exact) and they still have not been installed, nor have we been contacted about getting them installed. Any time we call to check on them we get told it will be 2 more weeks, it will be 2 more weeks. Well now it is cold and snowy and they have taken half of the money with no end in sight.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had windows put in about 6 years ago by Window World of Beckley. Today, I was taking up my carpet to put new flooring in & the window has been installed incorrectly so the wall & floor around the bottom of the window are ruined. The windows had leaked, without me knowing, & over the course of 6 years had absolutely RUINED my dry wall, studs, insulation, & subfloor. we were promised windows and patio door install to take place within 6-8 weeks of ordering. here we are well into week 9 and I have to call and see if they have even remembered us and our order. Depending on who answers the phone is the truth you get. one day our windows weren't there the next day the windows have been there for over a week. The only thing window world was concerned with was getting our money for a down payment anything beyond that has been like pulling teeth. we do NOT recommend window world!
I loved their service. My windows are wonderful. They hold in the coolness in hot weather and heat in cold weather. I done away with. my air conditioners. Love the cool night air.Feels great to leave windows up.
