RecommendedWindow World did a great job from our salesman to installation. Our installer Jessie was very good and meticulous during the install. The windows are great quality and is a big improvement over our previous windows. I would definitely recommend Window World.

Window World on Gilchrest Rd in Akron, OH is literally a nightmare. My boyfriend & I are 19 years old & went to spend over $230.00 on a window here so that we could repair it for the house we were renting at the time. We ordered it just in time to be finished & installed by the time we moved out, but after two weeks go by, the window comes in & it is NOT what we ordered & will not work for the window that we need repaired. This company is a complete joke. Surprised they're still in business. I would suggest that anyone that is thinking about using them to stay far away and do your research.

We had 8 windows, 2 doors and the house sided. Not happy with the cleanup from the siding crew. Window/door crew did a good job. All but one window screen needed to be fixed which they took time to do. I think that windows should come built correctly and not have to be fixed as soon as installed. Waiting for some problems to be taken care of and hopefully we will be done with our improvements. Also something, adhesive or caulk was on all windows and very hard for me to clean off.
We had windows installed in 2001. Great service then and now. A few years ago they were called to do a repair and then this year. Their warranty stands. Vince did an excellent job today. Great professional service.

We had 9 windows replaced by Window World. Our installers did a great job. They were very courteous and professional. They answered any questions we had. They cleaned up afterwards and even snapped back a piece of siding for us that had came out awhile back. Now that is customer service. The windows are easy to open and clean. We don't hear any road noise which is nice since we live on a busy street. Our windows really look nice. We are very happy we called Window World.
Window world was very professional and had a great crew! The windows are beautiful and I would highly recommend them.
I was very happy with the salesman and no pressure. I also liked the one price system. None of the nonsense discounts of other companies. The installers arrived on time, were polite and professional, worked efficiently together and left things cleaner than when they showed up. So far, the windows are great. No road noise, no drafts and I can open and clean them, unlike my old windows. My experience so far with Window World, I would definitely recommend them.
