The communication was great. The salesman spent a long time talking about and demonstrating the windows. The office (Lucille) kept me informed along the way. The 2 installers were friendly and efficient. There was no dirt or debris left behind. I would recommend them!

Initial problems with window installation were resolved to my satisfaction. Called for service on one of the windows months later and they were very responsive. If on a tight budget the pricing was in line with the competition.
