I had a really nice experience with Window World Detroit and hope to finish the home off with a few more items in the future from them. Niahl was my salesperson and he was on point, really knowledgeable and sharp; willing to put in the extra effort to ensure complete satisfaction. So pleased with the Alside siding & trim installation by Rick T and Tim of Window World. Very hard workers who did a great job, the finished product makes the house look brand new, fresh and bigger! They cleaned up each day and answered any questions about the upcoming work. Highly recommend this crew! Also updated our doors from here and they perfectly match the siding color we picked out. Appreciated the check-ins by Ed G on reviewing the experience. Recommend the products and the company.
Edit: Mike came through and fixed our doorbell issue! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and even figured out the issue when a licensed electrician couldn’t. I’m still a little hesitant on the communication, because I had to follow up a lot about our doorbell. However, the owner did reach out and give me his personal cell and, for the most part, communication was okay after that. We recently had windows and doors installed. Excellent service from beginning to end. The installers arrived on time, prepped for removal, removed old, installed new and cleaned up . Very pleased with my new patio door, nice upgrade from the original . Highly recommend!
We experienced some communication issues with our salesperson, Brian, following the installation of our windows. In response, Halim, the owner of Window World, sent another representative to our home to address our concerns. We appreciated Halim’s thoughtful attention to the issues we had experienced. The windows are superb and we are grateful for the thoughtful resolution to the original issues we encountered. We would gladly contact Window World for future work.
