I worked with Niahl and Rajaa and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with any company! They took care of our windows as well as adding siding to the outside of my house and it was so well done! Would recommend to everyone and anyone, and I already have people in my family using them because they did such a good job!

Communication, installation and overall service is 5 stars. Would go with Window World again now knowing what is being purchased and would strongly emphasize more transparency on the Energy Star Ratings. This may be why the warranty is so "good".
9-months and still not done. We chose Window World with high expectations, but unfortunately our experience from start to finish has been extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, there were issues. When the team first came out to measure our windows, they measured incorrectly. This resulted in us being sent a new, higher-priced quote due to an unexpected “upcharge” for window frames needing to be rebuilt.
