Horrible. 6100.00. First they come with wrong size doors and leave me with them and a freezing house for over a month (all February as they foamed doors but drafts brought up our heat bill to $540.00!) I emailed but “there’s nothing they can do about it”. Finally new doors come and one guy did a good job. The second door looks horrible. See pics. I don’t know where to turn. I have my new windows almost 1 year. Best decision was going with window world. Professional and work was EXCELLENT. I speak about how much I like the product every day, it has so enhanced my home.
Incredible company. Best customer service on Long Island. The prices are so reasonable compared to other companies and the installers are fantastic! The windows are guaranteed for life, even the glass. Can't recommend them enough !
I had a 9am appointment this morning for an estimate, your salesman leaves a message on my voicemail at 9:09am to tell me he is on the way! I then received a very hostile, unprofessional voicemail from your office claiming I was not home for my 9am appointment! You guys really have some nerve, my time I'd valuable and so is my money! I will not be spending any money with you people and will let everyone I know how unprofessional and rude you are! I'm disgusted at the lack of professionalism!
