Greg Deathridge's company, Window World of Central Valley, has been a horrific experience. I feel tortured. I ordered my windows in October 2021 and had to call several times in the Spring of 2022 to get an appointment. I was fairly tolerant in the beginning - taking into consideration Covid and slow manufacturing. But when they finally came for the install (which took many calls and a 7 month wait to accomplish), one window was missing and one screen was bent. Placed order to have house sided in Oct 2021, put $7400 down on same day, was told material will be ordered then but 6 month lead time, promised install in April 2022, no show, no call, no return call, called, called, called, no answer only able to leave message, finally got call answered in late July 2022, told install would be in Aug 2022, no show, no call, called Sept 7 2022, said would receive call back that day, no return call, called Sept 8 2022, was told material was just ordered today, Sept 8 2022. I've placed an order with Window World back in April. Their sales person stated that lead time was 4-6 week. I still haven't received my window. I've called several times trying to get updates but with very little respond. In my recent conversations with Window World, they kept telling me that it would be on the next truck, same comment for 4 weeks and this week, they started that they've broken my window during loading at the factory several times. They did their best to answer the needs of their community, during a pandemic, and took the time to answer my question about windows. Very nice people. Can't wait to meet them
Totally unprofessional, put a down payment on some work, haven’t heard from them in 8 months, they won’t return my calls
