I ordered 2 casement windows that the Owner talked me into after showing me a display model in the showroom. They were described as being manufactured by Vinyl Design (they came labeled as Mountain View). I asked how they compared to Atrium brand windows (which I purchased from Lowes this year as well). Mr. Reif said that the Atrium window is built in the South, somewhere in Texas, and not as reliable or well made as the window he was talking me into. After calling numerous places to find wooden windows, we were finally directed to Window Works. Even though they were the only place we could find that would do it, we are still glad we got to work with Jeff and his crew. They know their windows! I was initially unhappy with the inside trim and was hesitant to say anything given that we had just spent tons of money on them. But I shouldn't have been. Great to work with – I just replaced doors and windows and had a great experience with Window Works. Jeff has been in the business a long time and knows his products. He was very patient and spent a lot of time going over all of my options. He never tried to talk me into things I didn't need/want. The install crew was neat and professional. They worked quickly and finished up on-time. I will definitely go back for more windows.

I ordered a Therma Tru Entry door system from Windows and Door on September 13. Orginally I was told the delivery was one week. I was then advised that the top transom was non stock and delivery would be 2 1/2 weeks. On October the 1st I phoned to determine the delivery date of the door and was told the door would arrive Monday, October 4th. On Monday October 4th I was told the door would arrive on Wednesday.
