Greg was phenomenal. He fixed two broken windows in record time. I called him in the morning and by the afternoon he had given me a quote, checked out the windows, cut the glass and fixed the windows. It was an impressive performance.

I called Window Working to fix a window in large part based on overwhelmingly positive reviews. My experience with this company was entirely different. Greg failed to fix the single problematic window, lied about agreed scope of work, refused to engage in any kind of discussion, and stormed out in what can only be described as a childish tantrum after hearing that I was displeased. Greg knows what he's doing. Easy to set up a convenient time to repair and replace the windows. He repaired two heavy foggy windows efficiently and they now look like new.
