I have had an issue with one window in my bedroom all winter and was hoping to finally have someone come and fix -but was ready to pay an arm and a leg for it. Not only did Greg take his time to explain what was the problem with my window he fixed it quickly without pushing the need to order any additional parts/hardware that wasn’t necessary and then took time to check out additional windows in my house that needed minor fixing for a very reasonable price. Our window broke at lunchtime, window working got to our house the same day and fixed the window. He was so efficient, kind, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Greg was phenomenal. He fixed two broken windows in record time. I called him in the morning and by the afternoon he had given me a quote, checked out the windows, cut the glass and fixed the windows. It was an impressive performance.

I called Window Working to fix a window in large part based on overwhelmingly positive reviews. My experience with this company was entirely different. Greg failed to fix the single problematic window, lied about agreed scope of work, refused to engage in any kind of discussion, and stormed out in what can only be described as a childish tantrum after hearing that I was displeased.
