Greg was fantastic! I called on a Tuesday and he came out the next day. I had two issues, a broken part and what I thought were broken balance springs. I was fortunate he had the part I needed on him for the repair. The issue with the balance springs turned out to be mechanical - the locks were below the window pins and couldn’t be raised without knowledge of their mechanism. Greg provided advice on window repair going forward. Greg took venmo or Zelle and provided a receipt on the spot.

I highly recommend Greg's work, knowledge and professionalism. He was very quick to answer the call to repair a double sash window. He came over 2 days later and explained all the alternatives thoroughly without pushing for the more expensive ones as he recognized we didn't need them. There were some unanticipated problems that he fixed along the way. I have been delighted with the whole process. Excellent!

I have had an issue with one window in my bedroom all winter and was hoping to finally have someone come and fix -but was ready to pay an arm and a leg for it. Not only did Greg take his time to explain what was the problem with my window he fixed it quickly without pushing the need to order any additional parts/hardware that wasn’t necessary and then took time to check out additional windows in my house that needed minor fixing for a very reasonable price. Our window broke at lunchtime, window working got to our house the same day and fixed the window. He was so efficient, kind, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this company!!!
