I told Brandon he "made made my day" in cleaning our windows! Not only was he quickly responsive, communicative, and on time, but also, he got to work quickly, quietly, and efficiently! In no time at all our windows were bright and sparkly clean! I especially like that he uses eco-friendly products! I scheduled gutter and window cleaning with Window Wizard because of the good reviews. I was given a price and a date to have the work done. I was sent a couple reminders, but 15 minutes prior to their arrival, I was sent a text saying they needed to bump me. I sent an email, then left a voicemail asking if my work was being rescheduled to a different date. I have never received a response. Beware of this very unprofessional company.
