Irresponsible. Drags you but gets paid anyways. I would not recommend this guy.
Mark was a real pro and repaired our Andersen patio door quickly and expertly. Most definitely recommend Window Wiz and will call again should I need window and door work or installation.

MY STORE STARTS FROM HOME-DEPORT LAST YEAR WHEN (2017)I ORDERED ANDERSON WINDOWS.I NOTICED 6 OUT OF 13 WINDOWS DIDN'T HAVE DIVIDERS TO THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY WERE INSTEAD,THAT'S WHEN ANDERSON REP. SENT MARK SMITH. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT .REASON I SAID HE IS PATIENT IS BECAUSE,HE ORDERED 3 MORE TIMED UNTAIL ANDERSON COMPANY FINALLY GOT THEM RIGHT IN APRIL OF 2018. 3 TIMES HE DROVE OVER 50 MINUTES ONE WAY TO GET TO MY PROPERTY.
