Order was placed, confirmed and the well cover was delivered within a weeks time as promised. I looked at a lot of places to find the right cover and Window Well Supply met all of my needs, including pricing. They were very good at keeping me informed of the progress of our project. Would highly recommend
I had a great experience with Window Well Supply! They were professional and excellent communicators. I have huge window wells and it's hard to find something that would fit and look nice - these coverings do both! I'm a 60 year old woman and I managed to put them together myself and install the brackets to the house.
I had a very bad experience with this company. My order was delayed, and when I called for help, I was transferred between different people with no resolution. One of the representatives, Danelle Donoho, even told me she wouldn’t work with me anymore just because I asked her a question she didn’t like. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.

I bought a cover for the well for my crawlspace. The instructions were easy to follow and it also was easy to contact someone to ask when I had questions. The cover arrived very quickly, fit perfectly and installed easily. It also has a nice arch in the middle to that water rolls off. I wish every company did such a good job!
