Extremely satisfied with the whole procedure of purchasing our four window well covers from Window Well Supply Company. The office staff from taking my calls and sending me the information on how to measure the window wells was awesome. The email sent was so informative. Explaining everything needed for getting the measurements and putting the measurements into the email, to send back to them, to make the window well covers for each window. Window Well Cover (Standard Large Egress Sloped Cover for Metal Window Wells, 52"x38" with Hinge) Good product, fast shipping, very happy with the purchase!!! If there was one small point, I only wish it came with predrilled holes as well as anchors to attach the hinge to the concrete wall (as is, the cover clips to the well itself). No problem as I did it myself, but that would be the only thing that would be the icing on the cake. Basically, it's a great product and I'm very glad I ordered it.
Could've been 5 stars but the time is too early to assess the durability of the cover. Otherwise, the cover looks good, clear, giving max of lights to the window. Easy to install. We're waiting to see how it performs the coming Winter of 2025 and on...
