John and his crew did an amazing job on our window well covers! The craftsmanship is solid, price was fantastic, and they made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Our home feels safer and looks better thanks to their work. Highly recommend!
Our son told us of his great experience with John Henry window well covers for his home. We called them when we bought a new home and they were great from start to finish. John, Kate & Christian all provided superior customer service & even helped us with swapping out incorrect sized window well covers (my fault) for the right size covers at no extra cost & without making me feel more embarrassed than I already was. We love our covers & locking kit and won't hesitate to refer him to others. Thank you!
Stop shopping around and go with John Henry! He was easy to work with and very thorough. The window well covers fit perfectly and are well made. He is by far the least expensive from the many quotes we got. Since he's a one man show it does take a little longer to get them but that wasn't a big deal for us.
John was very on top of our window well cover and getting it finished for us. He went above and beyond to help get it to us and even helped with installation. It was a wonderful experience and we would go through John again!
We got our window well covers today and couldn't be more pleased. We had some really odd shaped window wells (not standard sized), and John got the measurements and custom built each one. They fit perfectly, are strong and fairly light weight, but easily supported my weight when I stood on them after they were installed.
