If I could I would give less than one star, because they did absolutely nothing, except give the worst customer service; they didn't care. I always like to believe the best in people, so I am very disappointed, and in fact don't like leaving this review. But unfortunately, they deserve it. Windows Treatments Unlimited does the measuring and installation for Lowe's. Through Lowe's, I scheduled on Oct. 12 to have Window Treatments Unlimited come out to measure for blinds. Appalling customer service. I had blinds installed -- took almost two weeks to set appointment -- and when he left there was one blind I could not open. I called and was told he couldn't come back for two weeks. No prioritizing for fixing their own mistake. I asked to speak to the owner -- twice. Never heard back. The installer arrived after two weeks of unopened blinds, and admitted the chain can't be attached properly on the window I have -- something he could have determined when he installed it wrong the first time.
