We replaced our windows this summer and the price was much better than the other quotes we received. The process was quick and easy but it did take a little longer than we expected but this is because we were getting custom-built windows so we understand that takes longer than just putting something in from off a shelf. Please don’t do business with this company. We ordered a window on 10/08 and were told it would be 8 weeks for window and to be installed. Called at about 5 weeks to check status and were told it would be 2nd or 3rd week in December. Ok it’s the middle of December so we called to get a more accurate day for installation. We were told it would be middle of January. For your info they have had our $800 deposit since 10/08. Emailed the owner for resolution only to be told that our money would be refunded. July 30, 2018 I wrote this company a $500 deposit check and the salesman told me my two porch windows would probably not be done till end of September because they were booked pretty tight. Mid September I had not heard anything so I phoned them and was told it would be mid to late October. Mid October I still had never received one phone call from this company.
