I replaced all 16 windows in my home. It was a big job. There were a few hiccups but I called the owner and they fixed everything immediately and were very pleasant. I was very happy with the end result, the windows look good and the trim work looks amazing. They were very fair priced as well.
I love my new windows- Window Town went above and beyond what I expected. My installer was a perfectionist and made sure the windows were 100% to my liking. You won’t be disappointed with Window Town!
Kayla came to my house last fall and gave me a quote for 8 windows, decided this spring to have her come back and quote me a price for 20 windows. I felt the price was fair and therefore never got another estimate. The windows came in ahead of schedule and they were in and out in 2 days. We are very happy with the new triple pane windows installed and love the ease of opening and closing. So much easier to clean and they look great. Would recommend this business to my family. I DO NOT recommend using this company . From the beginning the first guy they sent out did not even insulate around the windows and I let the owner know and she asked me why I let him finish the job lol, he should know how to install windows the 2 nd guy did a good job I texted them back and no answer my patio screen door fell off and waiting on a replacement window , once they get paid they don’t call back , also air comes through the safety locks , they say it’s normal my windows at my old house, from New York sash never h... read more
