had windows installed in november, called in april to report one of my windows was dysfunctional and Kayla told me she would not be coming out to see or fix issue, hung up on me, and didn’t answer when i called back. the man who installed was great but there is no follow up support.
Very professional and accommodating, I will use them again for sure.

I replaced all 16 windows in my home. It was a big job. There were a few hiccups but I called the owner and they fixed everything immediately and were very pleasant. I was very happy with the end result, the windows look good and the trim work looks amazing. They were very fair priced as well.
I love my new windows- Window Town went above and beyond what I expected. My installer was a perfectionist and made sure the windows were 100% to my liking. You won’t be disappointed with Window Town!
