We decided to get a new door and talked to many companies before landing with Window Source. Phil came out and discussed everything the door would entail and gave a price right then and there. After he left I had more questions and he was easy to get ahold of every single time. One the wait time was over, he installer did a fantastic job and even came back the next day to do a couple over things we asked of him, no questions asked. I am so thankful we decided to go with a local company over the many national companies to choose from for our sunporch window renovation. JT and Phil were an absolute pleasure to work with during this project. Phil is professional and doesn't push. JT is a tradesman who knows and respects his craft. Highly recommend The Window Source of Springfield. From the initial consultation and estimate with the owner Phil, to the installation of my windows and doors everything was well communicated and went smoothly. JT is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He isn’t going to leave until everything is perfect. Not many people around like that anymore and it was appreciated. Would recommend for anyone needing windows or doors.
Did not use enough spray foam around new window. A lot of sound coming in. Came back and put in more spray foam. Didn't clean up some debris on the ground. No one ever called to see if everything was fixed for us. Opened the window to clean it and it fell out in my arms. Called owner and he acted annoyed because he had another appointment. Then decided he could run by. During installation no one had shown us the proper way to pull out the window for cleaning without it falling out .
