The windows leak air when it is cold. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to come over and fix it for over a year. I can't imagine what good it does to have a lifetime warranty when no one ever responds to me and doesn't care about the quality of the product. I have talked to the office and someone is always going to call me or get in touch with me but they don't. They obviously don't care about the customer after they get your money. JT did an awesome job installing our new windows and storm doors. Phil was very professional and helpful. Life time warranty and a much better price then their competitors. I will recommend to everyone.
We decided to get a new door and talked to many companies before landing with Window Source. Phil came out and discussed everything the door would entail and gave a price right then and there. After he left I had more questions and he was easy to get ahold of every single time. One the wait time was over, he installer did a fantastic job and even came back the next day to do a couple over things we asked of him, no questions asked. I am so thankful we decided to go with a local company over the many national companies to choose from for our sunporch window renovation. JT and Phil were an absolute pleasure to work with during this project. Phil is professional and doesn't push. JT is a tradesman who knows and respects his craft.
