Great experience replacing my windows at home.
This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had with a contractor to date. We bought a house in June and have been renovating the entire home. We contacted Jeremiah at North Texas Window Solutions in May about replacing all 18 windows in our home and installing French doors in the office. He was friendly and helpful. At that time he told us there was an 8 week lead time for the windows and we could expect them to be installed late July or early August. The windows were closer to a 12 week lead time. Very disappointed, Jeremiah - the sales person and manager was attentive until I paid the windows. The installers cut a lot of corners. They had to come back multiple times to fix things that they did improperly. They did a terrible job giving me an external trim for the windows that got detached in less than 4 months and the water was leaking into the house during heavy rain cussing an electrical short that up until now is not working.
