Love it! Jean's husband (the owner of the store) recently passed, so everyone needs to just chill out. She's trying to take on a lot of responsibility and is having a rough go. I personally love all of my jewelry from the Window Shop.

Window shop? good to buy gold and pandora but horrible place to buy your sterling silver. It looks as though they never cleaned it and the boss Jean need an attitude adjustment.women like me don't usually say this but she is one huge B*tch. NOT GOING BACK DONE with this store. I have spent a fortune on gifts and Pandora here, and I have always been waited on by VERY helpful girls, not last Friday though, I was waited on by an older blonde woman who walked away right in the middle of my conversation with her regarding the free pandora gift! My Favorite Jewelry Store because of the Staff! I was referred to the Window Shop by a friend who had many of her mother pieces redone at the Window Shop after her Mom had passed. One piece was just more beautiful than the next. I finally went out there with something I wanted redone and was quite pleased with the results. Ms. The young ladies that work at the shop are delightful however the store owner Jean has a very poor attitude. She has been the family jeweler for years and we have spent a good sum of money in her shop but no longer. The last and final time I was in for a purchase I was treated with annoyance and disdain. It was truly upsetting and I would never spend dime in that shop again.
FIVE STAR! The Window Shop has been a pleasant shopping experience for me since I was a much younger woman. It's been a great jewelry store for well over 20 years. Jean, the owner, has always been helpful, happy and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied.
