Hello, I want everyone to know that we have been waiting 11 months for our windows. We have been waiting and calling for windows. They told us we would have them installed multiple times over multiple months. Justin who is the owner finally got back to us and apologized for the inconvenience. He said his best installers (LES)were going to install my windows in February. He gave me actual install dates when they were coming. They never showed. WARNING! Buyer beware. Scam Alert. The purpose of this review is to warn homeowners and other small businesses about Window Select. We were lied to and Window Select refuses to pay their outstanding bills. I’ve reached out to them repeatedly since November to simply get what is owed to us and receive the runaround every time. Do not recommend. Terrible customer service. Paid for windows in full and they did not arrive. They Never took I initiative to call me. I had to call them several times. Kept giving me the runaround. So I posted a negative review. The owner Justin called me and gave me another customers windows that were the same measurement but not exactly what I ordered. He then said if I took down my negative review that he would give me a complimentary door. Of course that was a lie. He never followed through. And haven’t heard from him ... read more
I ordered a replacement window in April 2021 and was supposed to be delivered mid summer, well that didnt happen.... then it was early September and again that didn't happen, then they told me it would be the end of October, That didnt happen, then they told me by Christmas, THAT DIDN'T happen either and on January 3rd they called and told me it will be late February on the supposed delivery. On March 13, 2021 we met with Alex Ball regarding a quote for new windows. At that time we put $4564.00 on our Mastercard, and $3651.00 on GreenSky. With the remainder being charged on the Green Sky account upon 1) job completion 2) full inspection with customer 3)formal customer approval 100% satisfaction.. per contract language. Nick Pelleschi did a great job with the sale of our windows.
I have had numerous issues with this company since day 1. The rep came out in May 2020 and we were told that windows would be installed in July. No follow- up Phone calls were ever made, I always had to call to find out what was going on. Finally in October, our windows were installed. The caulking job was horrible and our front screen had a hole in it so they said that they were going to order a new screen to replace it. Months went by without, yet again, any follow up. When I ordered the *********************, I was told 8-16 weeks would be the time for delivery. The ********************* arrived in 12 weeks and were installed a few days later. The installation was perfect! Cleaned up afterwards, and the aluminum wrap/caulking on the outside is immaculate. The inside finish matches my current woodwork perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased...and I'm a perfectionist! I'd do business with them again, and I suspect the whiners are just that!"
