Very poor window quality.
Careful with these guys. We have been waiting over a year for our windows that failed. Going on 3 years since we paid and still don’t have all our windows installed. They say they don’t know when they will be in Prince Albert and only have 1 installer. They never return calls either. Would not recommend at all. They don’t seem to fulfill there warranty policy either.
I have been using Window Seal West for 3 years now on replacement on all my windows and doors. From the sales person and the women that work in the office to the installers everyone has been professional, on time, courteous. Their product is above anyone else's I have seen. Prices are reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this company and have recommended them to everyone I talk to about windows.
