Rich is awesome, friendly and professional. It’s reassuring to know people like him are still around. He came out to look at my sliding screen door and could have easily charged me a lot of money to fix it but instead gave me great advice and information to save me money and pursue a warranty claim. Before he left he even tuned up my screen door so it would function better in the meantime. He clearly has been doing this a long time and knows what he’s talking about. Awesome guy, would recommend!
