Excellent and professional. Ron came and gave us an estimate and explained the work. Once I committed, he gave me a date and time he would have the necessary parts and could do the installation. He was right on time, was very respectful of our home (shoes covers, floor covering, etc.) Even more important, his workmanship is high quality AND he's a really nice guy! Would highly recommend.

Very professional and proficient. We had a bay window crack. I even have three small children and Ron was very patient with their questions and audience they so graciously provided him. In the future if/when we have more window problems we’re definitely going to call him.
Very professional. Arrived when he said he would, did a quote, ordered the necessary window. Ron was very good in showing me some extra work that had to be done due to some rotting within the window jam and was able to quickly repair it and get the window installed. Very polite, honest. I will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend.
