The old window was hard to ventilate without leaving it too accessible from outside. The pivot type solved both problems at once.
We had three windows replaced in the loft conversion that had been installed originally without adequate sealing around the frames. Removed, resealed, and refitted. No more condensation tracking down the walls and the rooms are warm for the first time.
Window reglazing done within the existing frame. Result indistinguishable from new.
We had uPVC windows replaced with timber alternatives as part of a refurbishment of a period property. The new timber windows are properly finished, correctly sealed, and suited to the building. The look of the rooms has been improved considerably.
I’m impressed with the neat installation. The front door shuts perfectly.
