Blake installed shutters and blinds in my 3700 sq ft home. After some time the blinds, warped, yellowed and the strings kept popping off. I surprisingly got him to answer the phone in January. At that time he assured me the blinds were under warranty and the string issue was a defect and would all be replaced. I recently got a shutter job completed by Window Pro! Great experience Blake was very helpful throughout the process. Install went smooth! Definitely will use him again!
I ordered blinds for my new home in April 2017 and Blake was super fast getting measurements and a quote. Installed product works and looks great even 2.5 years later. We also use him for projects at work and he's always friendly, fast and helpful and the product looks great. He usually answers texts same day. Would highly recommend.
Wish I could do zero stars and still review. We saw lots of good reviews and referrals to Blake. I'm really glad we only talked about one set of windows because we only lost a small deposit! He's a scam and a cheat. Took our money, even gave me a receipt! And has now disappeared. Email and phone no longer work. My advice would be, DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!
