Kyle Kreuger was our representative. He was right on time for the appointment and gave us a very professional and informative presentation on windows. We felt very comfortable ordering 2 large soundproof windows from him.
I’m still in the shop and compare stages but Kyle was very polite and patient with me and very knowledgeable about their window products. My estimate is much less than the Anderson estimate I received last week and still provided an installation and product lifetime warranty. Haven’t purchased yet as I really need to take this to prayer but I’m pretty impressed with their product and grateful for the opportunity to learn more with a lot to consider.
Second time using Window Nation to replace older windows and doors in our home. Incredible Customer Service, and our rep John F. was amazing. John was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. He also presented things in a way to make it very easy to understand. We’ve done our due diligence with multiple companies claiming to be the best, but we’ve always gone back to Window Nation, so that says something!
