My mother, a 90 year old widow, had a leaking window in her basement. The house is nearly 20 years old and was prepared to replace the window and repair the damage. We called Window Monsters to come out and give an estimate. The owners (husband and wife) came put to provide an estimate. I assume the wife came along so as to provide comfort to my mother that there wasn't just a man in the house.
