Nice Mexican Restaurant – A truely nice dining experience! They serve traditional Mexican food and GREAT margaritas. This is one of two restraunts in Vancouver run by the same folks. The other, Mexico Lindo is just a mile or so west on Mill Plain and serves equally good food in a much smaller location. Try them both and see if I'm correct.
Chili Rellenos - YUM! – Lindo Mexico has the most wonderful Chili Rellenos I've found in the Portland Vancouver area! Bar none. I don't know if they make 'em fresh, or get 'em out of the freezer, but they're the best. They have these little individual Nachos that are wonderful as well.... They also have Karaoke in the evening and the bar is always packed. It's a fun place on a Saturday night!
