***Highly recommend*** Responsive and provided a quote for one window that was cracked. Came out and completed the repair extremely quickly. The replacement looks identical and you cannot tell a difference at all. Other companies wanted to quote numerous windows when only one needed to be replaced, or refused to come out to only repair one window. This was not the case with Window Medics and will definitely recommend to others!
After a failed attempt with a different company, I was recommended to Jim at Window Medics. Jim came out the same week to measure to replace a broken window. Once ordered, it came in under the time he promised. Jim called when it arrived and was able to come replace the window the following day. I appreciate the ease, reliability and communication from Window Medics. Highly recommend!

I don’t even work for this guy anymore and I can tell you now he’s one of the best I left him and went to multiple other window companies and no one is as good as Jim plus he knows everything about windows and his glazier can do anything with windows these guys have literally been around before insulated glass units was even a thing I can honestly say I felt prideful working for that company because everything we did was quality work
