Do not use this company! I ordered my windows in June. They charged the finance company the full price in July which means I was charged the full price in July for the windows in , but they did not install my windows until Aug 21. When installer came out, one of stash installed in my living room was cracked. They ordered a new one. On September 6th Matt Riordan called to say the stash was ready and wanted to come out and inspect the install and bring the stash. When I called back to set up the date. I had a great experience with Window Medics DFW. The reps were easy to work with and accommodating. I ordered my windows and they arrived and were installed in 3 weeks! The installation crew worked fast and efficiently! I would definitely recommend Window Medics DFW!
