We had a twenty year old window that had failing hardware that caused the window to not open or lock. We tried numerous outfits to get the window fixed but they all told us that the hardware was no longer made and we would need to purchase a new window and get it installed ($1500 plus). Enter, Window Medics, Grayson came out and evaluated our window, he did some research and then let us know that they believed they could fix it. Unbelievable experience with the Window Medics team! From the initial quotes for defogging windows to upgrading new windows was very simple and professional. The whole team that did a huge installation for my home was excellent! I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely be contacting them again if I ever need any new services. Leo, Eli, and Gary did an amazing job with a swap out of nine large picture windows. They had to cut back drywall and wood sills and the new cuts fit the windows better than the original. They put down lots of protection and cleaned up daily. No collateral damage to speak of. They did any necessary touch ups before leaving. They were very professional and friendly. Glad to have met them and have them around. Windows look great.
