They came to give us an estimate and had it within 20 minutes, a week later they came and replaced the window super fast Only 30 minutes. They are coming back after our Slider glass comes in. So Glad they could replace the glass and we didn't have to replace the whole window.
We just had a new 6' x 4' triple pane slider window installed. The talented crew first protected the carpet and furniture with drop cloths. Removal of the old window went quickly. The opening was taped and prepared for the new window. Once installed it was centered and carefully secured. Window Medics cuts the trim molding at the job site so everything fit perfectly. I'm so glad I called Window Medics. I had several windows that were foggy, and the transformation was astonishing! The entire process was so easy, from texting Ally for appointment times, to measuring and installing. Jonathan did a great job measuring and installing--he was super professional and personable, I highly recommend him and Window Medics!!
Today Window Medics installed a new sliding glass door. I have used them before and they are the only ones I trusted for this job. They are prompt, cheerful, and do excellent work. I could not be happier. They are my number one go-to for windows for sure.
The team was quick to respond and easy to work with. I was having issues with my window and they came to asses and fixed it quickly. They were priced fairly and I’m glad I went with them verses the other companies that quoted me 5k plus. Leo is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and you can tell. He redid the work because it wasn’t up to his standards. I appreciate h being up front with everything that was going on. If I ever need anything regarding window again they will definitely be my first call.
