King of the 6 year roof! Paid $13k for a 30 year roof and 6 years later is is leaking like a faucet. After contacted he said the workmanship is a 1 year warranty and that it must have been damaged. Well, no damage occurred but there are shingles that are buckling and the chimney flash they installed is absolutely garbage. It was 5 stars 6 years ago but the proof is in the pudding, you get what you pay for. Never again, I need to find a competent roofer to fix his subpar workmanship.

Window King of Sanford, Kenneth, replaced 23 windows in our home. He helped us by making recommendations on how to make our home look its best. He gave us a quote over the phone, came the next day to measure the windows, and his crew did a wonderful job replacing the windows. We are very pleased with the job and would recommend his business to others.

Had a new roof put on yesterday. I had to work but Kenneth was nice enough to take pictures of the entire process. The finished work is beautiful and they cleaned up afterwards. Very courteous and will highly recommend Window King!!

Mr. Garrett (Window King) did an outstanding job replacing a piece of broken trim on my house. The color of the trim was not something that was normally carried but he quickly color matched it and had it ordered. I am beyond pleased with the quality of workmanship by his crew. The crew setup and replaced the trim without any inconvenient noise or equipment. Honestly, I did not hear a peep out of them. When I walked outside the work was completed.
