I purchased these windows within the last month double hung bottom window fell out all I did was open and close it they're telling me I'm going to probably have to pay for repair was extremely rude and argumentative on phone I rather pay for someone else to fix it great to deal with before you buy terrible to deal with after you buy I do not recommend this company
