Gus was my technician and he was great. He took the time to explain the product(s)he was using. After completing the pressure washing he asked me to look over everything to ensure I was satisfied. There were a couple of areas on the porch need more attention and he didn’t hesitate to retouch those areas to my satisfaction. Thank you Sammy & Gus for providing great customer service.
I had my exterior windows cleaned, including the all-glass sunroom, and I couldn't be happier. Amazing customer service and care. Incredible speed and quality of work. I would happily and highly recommend Window Hero to anybody.
Unfortunately, after taking down a review, putting it back as this is the only way to get their attention. It has now been 5 months since we tried to have our windows cleaned.
They were on time and did an excellent job! Very happy with them and the service performed. We will use them again. Thank you Jeff Welch
