I would highly recommend Window Hero for their soft wash. I got my whole house soft washed and it was unbelievable how it turned out. We didn’t think the white and yellow on our house could look brand new again. The technician was great and let us know what he was doing the whole time and called ahead to let us know he was coming. At the end he had us inspect his work and the experience was so good and he was so nice and great customer service. Chase and Dakota did a very nice job. They were efficient and paid attention to details. Chase spoke to us afterwards and reviewed everything they did. He is a very personable young man who puts forth a lot of effort. We appreciate their care to make sure the plantings under and around the windows were not damaged. Our windows look great. We look forward to using Window Heroes in the future.
By phone, I set up an appointment for gutter cleaning and exterior window washing where I was asked to pay 10% of the job in advance. That concerned me because they have my credit card information and a deposit before even setting foot on my property. I received numerous text and email confirmations with the scheduled window for arrival. No one showed up that AM for the work.
