Window Genie of the Peninsula was responsive and did a fabulous job on my windows. I highly recommend them and plan to use them the next time I need my windows cleaned.
On time, good work, pleasant worker
When the owner comes out to bid the job be sure you walk him around and make it clear what you want done and what can and will be done. I wanted to do this and the owner specifically advised there was no need for me to do this. As such, on the day of the service, some of the work I was expecting to get done would not be done (and as such not included in my quote). The service team, however, is great and did a great job within the parameters of the job provided by the business owner.

The service item in question was pressure washing of the right side unsealed red brick patio: Walk around was actually done and this particular item was discussed during the estimate visit. Home owner was advised that pressure washing is not a good idea because unsealed bricks would come lose thus pressure washing of this patio was not included in the quote.
