Do not use window genie in Iowa City .Damage the windows by carelessness then say they will pay for the fix. Then renege on payment. Use at your own risk. Broke my window and didn't pay for replacement. Owner said he would take care of it, then did not follow-through.

Window Genie did a fantastic job at my condominium building. Got all of the yellow spots off and the building looks brand new...just beautiful. Anthony was extremely nice and worked very hard to make sure that the building looked as good as it could. Very happy with everything. Will highly recommend to others in our development, and will be using them again in a few years.
Had ROOF Cleaned, workers broke several tiles on my roof, I asked for pictures of the tiles they broke before they left so I can call a roofer to repair and not get leaks inside my home, worker said yes later I will send it after I download on iPad, never received the pictures, I sent several text requesting pictures they never responded nor called me, they never told me that if they break a tile they do not fix it nor know anyone that can fix it. Alicia and Frank showed up on time, wore masks and worked quickly. They were polite and professional. They cleaned the windows, the glass in the doors inside and out and the screens on the windows. I was very pleased with the results - a great improvement! I highly recommend them.
