I have used window Genie several times for window, Gutter cleaning and pressure washing at my home. They have always done a great job. I will continue to use them. They were efficient, prompt and courteous.
Window Genie was scheduled to clean my gutters yesterday, but they were a no-show. Called this morning and was told the crew went by yesterday, knocked on the door, a dog was barking inside, and no one was home, so they left without completing the job. Funny thing is I have a dog but she was with me at my office all day yesterday. Not sure why someone needs be home for Window Genie to clean the gutters - not what other companies have required in the past. I prefer to do business with people who do what they say.
