I think that Jason did not realize the extent of the work needed as it had been five years + since our last cleaning. He needed to borrow ladders to complete the work and some windows had some minor streaking and residue mostly because they weren't able to reach the second story sills to cleans off the dirt and dust. But they stayed and did some extra work and assured me that they would be better prepared the next time. I will definitely give them another shot. The price was very comptetive. Apply or Replace Window Tinting. – The initial visit and other communications down to the install and clean up was excellent. I would recommend Window Genie Denver Window Cleaning & Filming.

Very good service. We decided to have a large window tinted to help with the intense sunshine that comes in, and they were able to complete the project soon after they cleaned the windows. We will certainly have them return to clean our windows again! Very reasonable....

Window Tinting – There are a few noticable bubbles on the window tinting. I don't know if this is the case for all window tinting products. So I would have rated a "very good" if there were not the tiny bubbles that appear in some of the windows when you look close up.

The company's response time was almost immediate, the quoted fee more than reasonable and the windows sparkled like new when the work was done. Our hats off to Melvin, who was personable, hardworking, efficient and unruffled by the home staging commotion he was forced to deal with while at our home. We will not hesitate to use Window Genie and request Melvin again.

Jason, the owner, did our carpet cleaning and did a great job. He spent a lot of time talking to me about carpet care and other services that could be valuable without being a pushy sales guy. Very customer oriented. Highly recommended.
