We have used this company since 2019. Each year we have paid a standard price that increases year over year (no issue with this). This year the service crew leader decided he was going to (in my opinion) intimidate additional cash out of my wife who was home alone by continuously complaining that we did not pay him enough even though we had the contract signed prior to our arrival and they have been to our house for the last five years. Reprehensible.
We've called Window Gang for gutter cleaning and pressure washing for the past 6 years. The office staff is always friendly and professional. They respond quickly to emails and voicemail, have their agents provide Certificates of Insurance without delay, and have always scheduled the work promptly. We had our house painted 8 years ago and have had the house pressure washed on a regular basis since then.
