Had a confirmed appointment via email and text for window washing and power wash for my home in blowing rock for arrival between 12 noon and 1 PM on Saturday, August 14. Called at 1 PM when Mike Clark had not arrived and was told that there were wires crossed and they could not do the job today. We had made arrangements for that to happen and moved many items in the house to make it easier and we didn’t even receive a call letting us know that the work was not going to be done. Shoddy!!
