The customer service and communication from this location is not good. My restaurant was scheduled for window washing service on 11/21 but no one showed up. We sent a message and received a reply from the owner, Ed, stating a tech had called out but they would be out later that day. No one came out or called with an update. Efficient and extremely nice
Mark and the Window gang team were thorough and efficient while completing the work requested. Our windows, inside and out, look amazing! Mark also worked tirelessly all day on our gutters and pressuring washing our home too. I’m so happy with his work.
