Our service tech Navonte was absolutely, wonderful, he went above and beyond. He arrived on time, was professional and took the time to understand what it was that we wanted him to do before he started. We intend to reach out to weindow gang to request future services and look forward to working with Navonte when that time comes.
I am very pleased with my windows. They look the best they have looked in years! Navonte Hayes is highly skilled, efficient, and hard-working. He explained everything clearly and kept me posted on his progress throughout the day. In addition, he took great care in making sure he left no trace. He handled my 34-year-old blinds with care, wore shoe protectors each time he entered the house, and cleaned each work area to perfection. The customer service and communication from this location is not good. My restaurant was scheduled for window washing service on 11/21 but no one showed up. We sent a message and received a reply from the owner, Ed, stating a tech had called out but they would be out later that day. No one came out or called with an update. Reached out again 11/25 to find out when the crew would be out, no one responded. Called 12/11 and asked to speak with Ed, but was quickly told he was out.
