I am very pleased with my windows. They look the best they have looked in years! Navonte Hayes is highly skilled, efficient, and hard-working. He explained everything clearly and kept me posted on his progress throughout the day. In addition, he took great care in making sure he left no trace. The customer service and communication from this location is not good. My restaurant was scheduled for window washing service on 11/21 but no one showed up. We sent a message and received a reply from the owner, Ed, stating a tech had called out but they would be out later that day. No one came out or called with an update. Reached out again 11/25 to find out when the crew would be out, no one responded. Called 12/11 and asked to speak with Ed, but was quickly told he was out.
