The person who I spoke on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and helped me order exactly what I needed.
Bought a large awning window. Company was very helpful with choice and ordering. Was told 4-6 weeks lead time. After 8 weeks was told 2 more weeks for hardware shortage. When I questioned the president of the company about not notifying me about the delay. He said simonton the manufacturer might not be able to have the parts even after 10 weeks.
