I have worked with Roy and his team -Mickey-Michael and Gary -and the whole process from day 1 was perfect. I changed all my windows and the window's specifics (colors, dividers, types) including measurements were perfect. The intallation was smooth and flawless, including making an opening in a brick wall for a new sliding door. The team was communicating perfectly, was calm and knowledgeable. Everything went well and on schedule. Kudos to you guys.

Ordered Casper screen doors for French doors on new construction build in WNC. Initial installation went ok. It was when the threshold of the screen door acted like a water dam during the Helene storm due to lack of wheep holes in the screen door frame to allow water to escape vs back up against the french doors and seep into the house to ruin our hardwood floors. We bought all new windows and doors, for our home, from this Hendersonville Window & Door Specialties (W&DS). Roy, the sales representative, was very nice, if sometimes a bit nonchalant. We got bids from the big-box stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Window World and their price was comparable. Therefore, we chose W&DS because we felt that doing business with a local community business was important.
