We bought all new windows and doors, for our home, from this Hendersonville Window & Door Specialties (W&DS). Roy, the sales representative, was very nice, if sometimes a bit nonchalant. We got bids from the big-box stores, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Window World and their price was comparable. Therefore, we chose W&DS because we felt that doing business with a local community business was important. Over the course of several visits, I asked a ton of questions about the windows and the process of installing them, and Roy could not have been more patient with helping me understand what I was about to pay for. Once I placed my order, the windows arrived on time -- early, in fact. Then Mickey and his son Gary did a tremendous job installing them over the course of about three days.
