Terrible communication, at least from Nakita. At one point she started screening my calls. My contractor called from his number and she finally answered, telling him we had “just spoken”. It had been three weeks and all the while my window was leaking. They don’t make the windows. They don’t install the windows. They just handle the sale. As a window salesman who has dealt with European suppliers for years, these guys are awesome! Nakita is super responsive, with fast turn around times for answers. I was impressed by their showroom and the product came packaged very well and in a reasonable time frame. The prices and lead times are competitive. If you want European windows, this is the company to with!
I should've known better than to use a company that has no reviews. This was and it has been a nightmare.! Not only did they ordered the wrong window sizes they offered to help find an installer, which they never did. I then had to find my own installation company. The windows were too large damaged and now the owner of the company refuses to make things, right. Three windows were ordered that were completely the wrong size and they are telling me just stuck around them, which will make my entire home look ridiculous. This c... read more
