I found out about Window Depot from my local home show and start to finish the process was great. They gave me a more than fair price and communication was good. Steven and his associate did a quick, clean job and the windows look fantastic. More importantly, I can already feel a difference in the temperature in the house. My old windows were original to the home and made out of aluminum. With these new ones even my south-facing window is cool to the touch despite the 100 degree temps the last couple of days.
I have had the pleasure of working with this company for the past 7 years from a referral from my parents who have also used this company. Our roof was damaged from hail in 2017-2018 and this company took care of everything in dealing with the insurance company and myself. I would hire them again for roofing and windows without hesitation. great from start to finish - expert installation by Steven - professional, friendly, experienced - very happy with install. Very happy with overall value of deal - I priced the 5 windows I had installed at a distributor and they couldn't beat 5 stars installed price for just the windows - very fair prices, a quality product, expert install, smooth and easy transactions, solid cleanup.... Happy customer here.
Install by Desmond and Scott was flawless. Answered all my questions and cleaned up when they were finished.
