We needed our front door replaced due to a very poor install job by the previous owner. The quote process and payment was incredibly easy and quick. The installation was a breeze, the team came and did a wonderful job while being very professional. They were also understanding of our cats who are incredibly nosey. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to replace a door/window!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Window Depot USA of Hagerstown! From start to finish, they were the absolute best to work with. They offered me a wide range of options for both windows and siding, including vinyl siding, LP SmartSide, and James Hardie Plank. Its not easy to make a decision with whom to go for the windows, I was given a really good quote and service by Alex and his crew They were highly professional and did the work to my expectation including couple of things that were not apart of the job. I would recommend them and at-least request to give them an opportunity to help. Keep up the good work and always help the community in the best possible way you can and karma will give you back

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Window Depot. We had new windows, including a large bay window and garden window installed in our home. The initial visit for the estimate was informative and friendly. Alex was a pleasure to talk with and answered our numerous questions. The windows were ordered in a timely manner and arrived quickly.
