Shayne Hunt is highly recommended to work with. He was amazing during the project, he kept us informed and up to date on the status of the project. We never had to reach out to see about timing or progress of the windows. The crew went above and beyond during the installation. They were respectful and hardworking. Any minor asks or adjustments we requested they were quick to accommodate. This company does not disappoint and the windows are beautiful and energy efficient!
We love our Windows. They look great! Shayne was our sale representative, and he did an excellent job checking on the progress of installation. The installation team included Jerry, Eli, Justine, Caley and Devon did an exceptional job. They cleaned after each window replacement. And of course, Jim C. the installation manager who measured the windows and delivered 38 windows single-handedly to the house ready for installation. Overall, it was a Great Experience!
We contracted with Window Depot to do 14 windows on the back of our house Spring 2017. When the first set of windows arrived 2 months after contract was signed, 1 window was the wrong size, 1 was broken, 1 was scratched, and installers broke 2 on-site. Most of the other windows were warped at the top. Chris Perry ordered all of the windows again.
