Used Window Depot to repair awning after high wind damage. They were reasonably priced, timely and professional. I will use them again.
I have never had a worse experience with a contractor. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. Five months later still no windows as they measured incorrectly twice. They were all standard sizes, nothing complicated. The third time they showed up with windows from Menards (and still not the right number or sizes). They even installed the windows that were all incorrectly measured. I actually have photos and videos of snow inside the house from the 3" gaps they left all around the windows!! Original post: They were very professional. The crew that worked at my house was friendly. I had siding installed. They completed the job in a timely manner. I would use them again. Update: although I love my siding I would never use or recommend this company. It took over 4 months for them to replace the vent covers they removed. I was told time and time again that someone would be out- then nothing. We paid for siding to be done in June, no word until August about it. Apparently they lost our pictures and siding information. Then, we come home one day and there is a trailer in our driveway. Its been there all weekend and now, on Monday 8/08, the guy is saying he never made any calls to get our siding done on like he said he would. This is a very unprofessional company that doesn't communicate at all with customers or with each other.
